1. How can I register?
To register within the tourney system please goto register and read your e-mail carefully afterwards.
2. How can I register my team?
To register a team please chose first the tourney you want to register for in the right menu. Afterwards please goto options => register team.
3. How can I modify my team?
To modify your team please goto options => modify team. This function can only be used if the tourney does not run yet. Modifications after the start of the tourney are not possible.
4. When does the tourney start?
The tourney start can be viewed in the details of the tourney. Please choose in the right menu.
5. How can I contact an administrator?
To contact an administrator please use the support ticket under options => my supports => register new support ticket.
6. How can I request a demo?
To request a demo please goto options => request demo.
7. Where can I upload a file?
To upload a file please foto options => upload file and choose the correct match.
8. Where can I upload files alternatively?
To alternatively upload files please use the FTP ftp.evercup.net. Your FTP account name and password are the userID and the password from the website. To make your files public please use the link http://ftp.evercup.net/user/<userid>/<filename> - Attention: your files will only be stored 24h
9. How can I obtain voice?
The voice flag can only be obtained by team leaders in a running(!) tourney. Please message the evercup Bot via /msg evercup VOICE id pw channel or alternatively /msg evercup VOICE email pw channel where id, email and pw are the userid, e-mail and password of the webpage, the channel is the channel of the cup system.
10. How can I register the result?
You can register your result unter options => register result.
11. How can I access the webpage?
Our website can be accessed via http://www.evercup.net/.
12. What is the changelog?
The changelog is the value since when your gameid (steamid) has been in use in well known online leagues.
13. Where can I search for a gather team?
To find a gather team please click on the cup and then on "search gather team". You will find your team there.
14. How do I get support?
Either write into the IRC Channel #evercup !support, or /msg evercup|Serv !support, or create a support ticket on the website.
